These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phcrow ("phcrow," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phcrow online casino and sports betting platform accessible at phcrow.app (the "Platform").

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. phcrow reserves the right to request government-issued identification or other age verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended and any funds may be withheld pending investigation.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. phcrow makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) phcrow account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. phcrow reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any transactions or winnings associated with such accounts.
2.4 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by phcrow. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and complete. phcrow is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
2.5 KYC Verification. phcrow is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to submit requested identity documents, including but not limited to a government-issued ID (SSS, GSIS, PhilHealth, Passport, or Driver's License), proof of address, and source of funds documentation when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
3.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phcrow login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. phcrow will never ask for your password via chat, SMS, or email.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify phcrow immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phcrow will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your phcrow account, whether or not authorized by you. All bets placed and transactions made through your account are deemed to have been made by you.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phcrow accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phcrow reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. phcrow reserves the right to impose transaction limits on individual accounts.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the same name as the phcrow account. phcrow reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending verification of identity, source of funds, or compliance with these Terms.
4.4 Player Funds. phcrow holds player funds in accounts segregated from operational funds. This segregation is maintained to protect player balances. However, phcrow does not pay interest on player account balances.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. phcrow complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. phcrow reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), without prior notice to the account holder.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by phcrow are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion on the Platform.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the time limit will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. phcrow reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where phcrow reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to exploit bonus offers, or colluding with other players to abuse promotional terms.
5.4 Modification of Promotions. phcrow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the phcrow Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. phcrow reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced, bets placed on events where the outcome is already known, or bets that phcrow reasonably believes were placed in error or in bad faith.
6.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, phcrow reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. phcrow is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets, including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and football, are subject to specific sports betting rules published on the Platform. Settlement of bets is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phcrow.

10.1 Platform Availability. phcrow does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. phcrow reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time without notice.
10.2 Exclusion of Warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phcrow disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.3 Limitation of Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phcrow's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phcrow account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. phcrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
10.5 Force Majeure. phcrow shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or power outages.
11.1 Termination by Player. You may close your phcrow account at any time by contacting phcrow customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to applicable withdrawal conditions and KYC requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
11.2 Termination by phcrow. phcrow reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if phcrow reasonably determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect, including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 10, and 13.
phcrow reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phcrow will notify registered players via SMS to their registered Philippine mobile number or via a notice displayed upon login. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the phcrow Platform shall first be submitted to phcrow's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent phcrow from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
